There is no sign-up here. Crossfoot has a single authorised user and does not accept public registrations. This page exists so the connection process is documented. The bookkeeping practice of the same name is a separate service and does not connect client books here.
How a connection is made
- The operator starts the authorisation from Crossfoot on their own machine.
- Intuit's own consent screen opens, showing which company is being connected and what access is requested — accounting data only, never payments.
- The account owner approves it. Intuit issues the connection; Crossfoot never sees a QuickBooks password.
Reconnecting
A connection ends on its own if it goes unused for an extended period, or if it is disconnected. To restore it, the same consent step is repeated. Nothing in the books changes when a connection lapses — Crossfoot simply stops being able to read or write until it is re-approved.
Disconnecting
Access can be withdrawn at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps → Disconnect. It takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us. See what happens after you disconnect.
