CrossfootLast updated 23 September 2026
In plain terms: Crossfoot reads accounting records so the books can be kept. It has one user. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising or analytics.
Crossfoot is internal accounting software operated by Azadi Brands LLC (“we”). It is not a consumer product and has no public users. The only data it touches belongs to the company files we are authorised to access, and to the vendors and customers named on those transactions.
It does not access bank login credentials, payment card numbers or payroll records. It requests only Intuit's accounting permission — never the payments permission — so it cannot move money.
Accounting records and connection tokens are stored locally on company-controlled hardware, readable only by the operating-system account that owns them. There is no hosted database, no customer portal and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Three providers necessarily see data in the course of normal operation:
No data is sold, rented or disclosed to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Crossfoot proposes bookkeeping entries automatically, but a person reviews them before they stand. Every entry it writes is marked so it can be found and reversed, and it never edits or deletes a pre-existing record.
Accounting records are kept as long as tax and company law require, currently seven years. Receipt files are kept with the transaction they support. Connection tokens are deleted when a connection is revoked. To have data removed, write to the address below.
Access can be withdrawn at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps → Disconnect, with no notice to us and no action on our part. Revocation is immediate.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
