CrossfootEnd-User Licence Agreement

In plain terms: Crossfoot is private, internal software. Azadi Brands LLC built it to keep its own books. It is not sold, distributed or offered to anyone else, and there is no public sign-up.
1. The software
“Crossfoot” (the “Software”) is accounting software developed and operated by Azadi Brands LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“the Company”). It records and reports on financial transactions and connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's published API.
2. Who may use it
The Software is licensed solely to the Company and to individuals the Company expressly authorises. At present the sole authorised user is the Company's owner. The Software is not offered, licensed, sold, sublicensed or made available to the general public, and it does not accept registrations.
3. Permitted use
Authorised users may use the Software only to maintain, review and report on the accounting records of the Company, and of any entity the Company is engaged to keep books for. Any such engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with that client.
4. Restrictions
- The Software may not be redistributed, resold or made available to anyone outside the Company.
- It may not be used to access any QuickBooks company file without the account owner's authorisation, granted through Intuit's standard consent flow.
- It does not process payments, initiate transfers or move funds, and must not be modified to do so.
- It does not edit or delete pre-existing records; corrections are posted as new, reversing entries.
5. Intuit
The Software uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online Accounting API under Intuit's developer terms. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and does not endorse the Software. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Access is granted by OAuth 2.0 and may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a bookkeeping aid and not a substitute for professional judgement. The account owner remains responsible for the accuracy of their books and for any filing made from them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
8. Term
This licence runs until terminated. It ends automatically if the Software stops being used or if the Company withdraws authorisation. Disconnecting the Software in QuickBooks Online revokes its access immediately.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
