Accounting software by Azadi Brands LLC
Crossfoot is standalone accounting software. It connects to your bank and to the places you sell,
records the activity as proper double-entry bookkeeping, and produces the financial statements — with no
QuickBooks or other bookkeeping package underneath it. You work with it by talking to it.
Why it exists
- You talk to it. Corrections, adjustments and the awkward month-end questions are
handled in conversation. Describe what happened and the entries follow — no journal-entry forms, no
transaction grids to key into.
- Less of your time on bookkeeping. The repetitive part — matching, categorising,
reconciling — is done for you, so the human work is review rather than data entry.
- Numbers you can act on. You see where the business stands today, instead of waiting
weeks for a backlog to clear before anyone can tell you.
- Without an expensive bookkeeping service. Real books, a real close and real
statements, for businesses that could never justify the monthly bill.
How it works
- Connects to your bank, so cash is the spine of the ledger rather than an afterthought.
- Connects to the channels you sell on — orders, fees, refunds and payouts, each reconciled to the
deposit that actually landed.
- Reads the receipts and invoices arriving in your mailbox and matches each one to the transaction it
belongs to, so the evidence is filed with the entry instead of hunted down at year end.
- Categorises expenses as it goes. Claude proposes the entries and you can direct it in plain
language; a person reviews everything before it stands, and nothing already recorded is silently
rewritten.
- Tracks inventory and cost of goods against physical counts, so margin is measured rather than
guessed — and a count stands as evidence rather than a quiet adjustment.
- Follows sales tax where it actually falls: which states you have nexus in, what you have collected
and what you owe — instead of finding out at filing time.
- Produces a trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet on demand.
Two ways to use it
- Have your books kept for you. A bookkeeping service run on Crossfoot: the books are
kept for you, and you see your financial statements as they stand rather than a month behind. Taken on
by arrangement — get in touch.
- Run it yourself. A licence to keep your own books with it. Not yet — that is what
it is being built toward, and there is no sign-up today.
Where it is today. Crossfoot keeps the books for Azadi Brands LLC and its first
client files. The bookkeeping service is taken on by arrangement; the software itself is not yet sold
and there is no public registration.
